Madame E is a multidisciplinary professional with a strong foundation in finance, law, energy policy, and risk management. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, specializing in Global Energy Management and Risk, from the University of Houston. Currently, She is pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence in Environmental & Energy Law, Risk Management Law, Patent Law, and Healthcare Law at Texas A&M University, School of Law.
Her career spans legal advising, compliance, risk management, and energy policy, with hands-on experience in projects for NASA, the Mayor’s Office, and various U.S. government agencies. Additionally, She has earned a certification in Safety Standards from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), reinforcing her expertise in nuclear energy regulations and risk mitigation.

Madame E is deeply committed to bridging healthcare gaps and advocating for cleft-affected children worldwide. To further this mission, She launched The Faisal Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing medical scholarships for cleft babies globally. Through this initiative, her foundation is working to ensure that every child—regardless of background—has access to life-changing medical care.
Educator & Industry Speaker
As of June 2024, Madame E will be joining the Southern Gas Association as a Subject Matter Expert instructor, delivering specialized courses for energy industry professionals. Her sessions will focus on Energy Law, Risk Mitigation Strategies, ADR Conflict Resolution in the Energy Sector, and other emerging energy topics, equipping industry leaders with critical legal and compliance insights.
